The worst services I ever faced. We have been using this Digi Cable for approximately the last 5-6 months. When it comes to service they go off frequently and the worst part is they don\'t respond. We keep calling them and sending images, msgs on WhatsApp but no one responds. Initially 1-2 months we ignored it because it\'s a new connection line and errors and interruptions are expected sometimes. In the month of Aug2021 services were down for 10/30 days, we called them, sent messages from different numbers but services were still down. Few days before payment they started the service. One of the guys, who came to fix our problem said that they will compensate for these 10 days. But on payment day, another guy came and said we don\'t have any information about this 10 days adjustment. Every time a new guy comes for payment and makes new things, the line was disturbed, disconnected from Delhi, Owners father was in the hospital blah blah blah. We are not the only ones who are facing this issue. My neighbors are also facing the same issue. We are still facing the same issue. We never spent a single month without this network issue. Worst internet service . even according to me never buy this wifi connect

Its local agent are very care less And negligent. A lot of interruption in telecast. On posting complaint no response. My mistake hiring the service of digi cable

Very bad service provider, rudely behavior of staff with there customers, not providing bills against monthly payment, in last 30 days i was call 20 times to cable operators for rectify the cable issue but still issue not resolved.....

There are no signal coming since last 10 -15 days .when we call him he always says that I will come and check but he never comes and also beahiver issue from services provide he come only taking money we given extra payment please do the needful at your end thanks

Very poor service provider to digi cable. I have amount right time to time than after not fully channel show and every month ten days missing services.

Worst cable network. No one ready to listen the problem. Call not picked by cable operator. In a month 15 days cable network not working when we call cable operator call not picked by him. And I suggest each and every one please cut off there digi cable network and choose another better option for the same. Worst network.

Very poor service, no one came to fix my problem and I called many times but no one received it. The agent is worst and misbehaves, they just show me their nonsense attitude but no one fixed my problem. Digi TV employees just come on time for money but whenever I call them for my problem, they never come.

Very hopeless network, do not listen and only when they come to collect money they may attend and if you pay, you are gone for next one month.
