Hi just wanted to say a huge thank you for chocolate almond cake , so many people commented on how beautiful it was and tasty, I have been asked to pass on your details to at least 3 people so thank you. Just wanted to thank you for the fantastic cake. It was absolutely perfect just what we wanted and really tasty too.
This store is fraud. I visited this store on 12-03-2019 and ordered 500gms cake paid sucessfully through paytm. However, owner (Lady) denied payment receipt and did not process the order instead asked me to pay again for sucessfully paid order. I lost my money, did not receive product and i am tossed between paytm and merchant (Kabhi-b - Suruchi Ventures) So please beware of this fraud. Modus of Operandi 1. Kabhi-b (Suruchi Ventures) will denied payment receipt 2. Kabhi-b (Suruchi Ventures) will neither talk with payment gate way provider nor give you product. then Kabhi-b (Suruchi Ventures) will ask you to pay again to process order 4. if you refuse. they will receive payment which they denied and they will hold the product also. which can be sold to someone else or make others victim of this fraud. You will be tossed between merchant and payment gateway provider and they will enjoy more profits out of this activity. Beware of this fraud.
