It believes in adding value to their clients by offering cost effective and excellent customer service. Intelenet Global Services aims to be amongst the best BPO companies in India. It has a wide range of clients spread over diverse sectors. It offers customer support in the banking and financial sector by offering sales support, collections etc, in the travel an hospitality sector it offers application support, account creation and maintenance and complain handling. In the healthcare and retail sector it performs the accounting function of inventory management, reconciliation, payment processing etc. They also provide e – service support like chat services and e – mail services to telecom and IT companies.
