Service end very poor quality and the receptionist lady treating customers very worst behaviour and rude very bad waste of time and money

I gave my Aprilia for service on 09/12/20 in job card they wrote next day delivery, after 4 days calling & asking can we change this part or that, service is worst, not up to the mark & commitment, not even having small spare parts being an authorized service centre, they just postponing the delivery of the vehicle, my vehicle is Aprilia TN07CH2629, service person don't have manners at all while speaking on the phone, they cut the line. So please think & give service in PILLAI# SONS

A month back I purchased Vespa Vibrant Red from Greems road - Pillai motors. I have not received the extended warranty document from Pillai motors even after 1 month however I paid for that . The side stand fitted was not OK and leading to scooter to fallen always. The key lock is not ok . The attitude of the staff is very bad. I think the front end offices and staffs at Pilllai motors needs to educated for this . am Chockalingam..

Recently left my vespa scooter for painting & service. They promised me to deliver the vehicle in 3 days but delivered only after 6 days. They never even bothered to call me and inform about the delay. I went twice to receive the vehicle. Finally when I received the vehicle after service I found that the engine part was greecy. They did not water wash the bike properly. And when I was waiting in the office reception, two of the (Pillai Motors) staffs were fighting & quarreling loudly among them. They were not even bothered about the disturbance they were creating for the customers waiting in the reception. This is the second time I am experiencing this kind of poor service. I will definitely not recommend any of my references to Pillai Motors, thousand lights, Chennai. Very poor service. Patrick 98402 41793

Dear all, This is the worst showroom service i had seen ever in my life, I am Jyothi from Chennai, i got yellow color vespa from this greams road pillai motors showroom, i got it when they released, it costed me about 94k with full cash paid, Now it happened 2yrs continued.., I had taken my vespa bike to the showroom for service where I felt I was completely cheated. There is no concern person who takes care till taking it to delivery, even though many handling if it goes with proper communication with in them it would be great. When I gave my bike some person had taken it, we had given it 1 month back they said they have to change the tire, they said me to leave the bike with them, once got ready they said will call me, they called me after a month, i had gone there, after seeing me, they said customer has arrived, do the body wash for their bike immediately, then I was standing for about half an hour, after that i had checked my bike, which is in the same condition as before, not even the cleaning part they delayed, no brakes, not even done the basic service, one more important thing to note - i had given the bike with the helmet inside, someone(i said someone bcoz, no one taking the responsibility there) said you can leave the helmet in the bike itself, now there is no helmet in the bike, until and unless they use it nothing carelessness can happen, rather than the company people to whom I can believe, highly disappointed, asking the customer care number to them, very casually they are answering that, it will be there in the bill. I really wanted proper support, If I wanted to leave the bike just for a tire for 1 month, if any problem comes in the engine I think they cannot handle anything that sort, after getting the bike leaving it for one month, daily i was spending 300rs for my auto fare up and down. I really wanted proper support from you guys, either return my money after less-ing the tire charges, or give me my bike in a full condition delivery to my home, because already cam and and very bad response that bike is not even ready, with my auto expenses i definitely need. if not take the bike and return the cash, very decently i was expressing my hurt, but due lot and lot of frustration i am feeling. there are people who working for pillai motors see only their comfort-ability rather than customer satisfaction, with this much huge amount we get a bike not for a resale value, just for a pride, so we definitely expect least courtesy to be honest with us, highly disappointed.

Worst service center, my new vehicle is there since past 20 days and they robbed my petrol from the service center.

Very poor service as always. Worst experience in terms of bike service and they charge more but just wipe the vehicle with wet cloth and return back.

Worst showroom ever don't know how to behave and handle with customer

They don`t have the capacity to service even an emergency such as vehicle not starting.
