Saravana store Padi after sales no one cares the customer and they are not attending calls when we called. Non uniform Systems in packing and delivery. No one is taking responsibility to answer they are asking us to contact delivery person or sales person or floor person. Ultimately no one owns the responsibility to answer customer and what they want only the do. Totally disappointed withe the staffs including Supervisors. As a Management responsibilities please look into this and do the required corrections to sustain your name in the market.

Staffs are irresponsible in satisfying the customer needs

I purchased a skirt, while at billing section price tag not available, so it send back to sales girl to confirm the pricing. After 10 minutes she came with a price and give it to another billing counter for another Customer. I really doesn`t understand what the hell going on there,,, while on investigating I came to know that it was already selected by another customer due to unavailability of tag they provided to sales girl to confirm it, bt it seems she put it over thr and she came back. I took this skirt where no one told it`s already selected, finally seems irresponsible answers like u need to ask billing counter girl, and billing counter girl said to ask with sales girl.

The person who working over thr should understand their responsibilities and should not be careless like this...(it`s applicable only for 3 people who I met today, not wish to specify their names)

It is one of the best store in South India. I visited it in the last year.All items were there. Branded items and local items were available. The building is huge.
The shopping experience in saravana stores was very good, I bought a lehangha which is too good in quality and also better in price.

I have been to Saravana Selvarathnam Stores in T Nagar Chennai several times. They have only one lift. There is so much crowd that it takes a lot of time getting on to the lift. One has to wait for atleast half an hour.So this is not a place for quick shopping. Totally there are around 7 floors in this mega shop.The various shopping sections are not clearly labeled. In some of the sections the goods are just scattered around. So a lot of time is spent searching. In my case I was shopping for a yoga mat . The sales girls/boys are also not very responsive & helpful .My repeated requests went unanswered. Cannot be that majority of their staff is deaf. I spent a lot of time searching & finally one of the sales girls took pity & directed me to the right section
