Speciality Hospital cardiology dept I happened to interact Mr Sajeev coordinator to Dr Subhash chadra, I find him to be a humble and very cooperative person. Dr. Subash Chandra is a highly trusted name in the field of cardiology. Dr Subhash Chandra is a very professional and thorough gentleman. My experience during my father stay in hospital and done my father angioplasty surgery. His advise and guidance gave my father lot of confidence. His treatment has given my father complete relief. I am grateful to Dr Subhash Chandra and his worthy team.

A doctor name Jameel manzoor (ent) is misbehave patient never take appointment with this doctor underrated doctor I had a terrible experience with BLK-MAX Super Speciality Hospital. The management was very poor, and it affected the overall service.

BLK MAX Super Speciality Hospital near Rajendra Place Metro Station has terrible unsanitised conditions, difficult booking process, high overhead expenses, and poorly managed facilities.

I had a terrible experience with BLK-MAX Super Speciality Hospital. The hospital was over-priced, and I felt like they were not transparent about their charges. The overall interaction left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.

Recheck detailed bill before doing full and final settlement. Because once it`s done they won`t accept their mistakes.

Was there in BLK-Max for 2 days for diarrhoea treatment of my 1yr old son. I would like to give separate rating to them:

Doctor (4/5): They are quite fine and knowledgeable been there because of Dr Alwadhi as he is my son`s Dr from last 9 months. Overall jr and sr doctors are good.

Nursing staff (1/5): In ER the nurse on duty misplaced my son`s cannula cap and then picked up one from floor then I told her to be very careful in this regard.
In ward I was in room 3344A till 1hr the on duty nurses were unaware that there is a new patient. I told her connect drip to my son but she was shocked from where the patient came on this bed. The ER staff arrived at that moment handed over my son`s file and left. Again I told her to connect IV. I had some queries about antibiotic schedule because the treating Dr told me to ensure that baby will get these on time but non of the staff ready to respond to my query.
Also, they missed 1 investigation of my son which was already billed.

Admissions (1/5): first we got admission in room where other 3 patient were 80+ and my son was just one year. They won`t care if he will get infection from them. Also, the room will convert into a 3AC train at morning 4AM all elders was sitting and playing loud Bhajan, news , chit chatting etc.
When I requested for room change they just said we don`t have rooms.
I know if I were paying cash instead of TPA (I was entitled for twin sharing but they admitted my son in 4 room setup) they would have easily upgraded my room.

Full and final settlement.
1. They indented unnecessary items on my son`s name which they don`t even use. They ordered two clave connectors which was not even used. There were few medicines also which they charged but not used.
2. Billed extra investigation which wasn`t even done.
When I shared this with floor manager he wasn`t even ready to give satisfactory answer.

Even if it is TPA the hospital has no right to do fraud by doing unnecessary indents.

Our experience with BLK Max Hospital was very successful, as Dr. Enel performed the operation to remove a benign uterine tumor. His work and the work of the staff were an excellent job. We thank all of their efforts.

Highly overpriced with less attentive staff .....never get bed at the time of emergency otherwise the expend was very high ,they provide accurate diagnosis but the later on charges are very high ....the infrastructure was very good and well sanitised and they maintain hygiene everytime .

Worst hospital. BLK is not hospital,it is money making Machine. this hospital is not for treatment. they just find the way to make money for the name of treatment. God will do justice to these fraud hospital.

Hospital is located near outer ring road
Near by keshopur mandi, you can reach here from bus or metro, the hospital is good neat and clean its is under panel of all major panels like CGHS ESIC, DMC etc. They take care of the patient very well, good housekeeping and management.
