My wife and myself shopped at SHOPPERS STOP AMBIENCE MALL VASANT VIHAR at around 8 PM on 29 th April 2018. My wife bought four footwear’s of CATWALK brand. Mr Satendar was the salesman. I specially and categorically asked shoecovers for all of the pairs of footwears, which he said will be done.
We reached the cashier Mr Kapil kumar. He was very efficient and cooperative. I realised that none of the footwear had covers and boxes of two were totally broken. I became angry. On this MR Sayyad Rza, another salesman standing there,started laughing. Is this the culture of esteemed SHOPPPERS STOP? Where is the professionalism?
Majority of the staff there had no NAME PLATE. Then how to complain or compliment. I ask for the manager of the store but none was available.
I will sending this incident to all my friends and acquaintances so that they become aware of what happened to me.
