The best eye hospital I ever visited. It was very easy from booking the visit, selecting doctor to finding the location. All doctors are really good and listen carefully. I visit this hospital for my regular eye check-ups. I highly recommend this hospital.
They informed us to arrive at 12`o clock and that the operation would begin at 1-1:30. The patient was taken inside the operating room at 1 sharp but we waited till 4pm and still no information. Other people who went in to get the same surgery done were back, but my relative was still inside when asked they said the patient is yet to be operated on and the doctors are busy with other patients.
Do these people think our time is a joke. They informed us that the operation would take no longer than 30 minutes and we needed to stay for 4 hours in their care to observe.
It is now 4:30 the patient is yet to be operated on and the aftercare god knows what they will do.
Didn`t expect this from a well-established institute.
One of the best eye Institute in our area recently a visited and consult the doctor L V Prasad doctor was so nice and speak with gently and taking care of patients also nicely and suggestion some medicines we will recover soon here hospital also very clean and it was amazing I love it
Pathetic experience with the receptionist.
We were suppose to travel next week for eye checkup, and we have checked with her in call on 15th this month and she asked us to call after 25th and didn`t give any details or take any appointment.
Today on 26th when we called her for appointment she refused to take appointment and she was rude. We were traveling from different state from far away just for this checkup and we booked all tickets in prior but just because of this everything is cancelled now. Waste of money and waste of time.
I still don`t understand how can people be so unkind and not understand the situation.
hospitals are there to treat people not to push people away!!!
If you can`t manage a single person`s retina checkup with a month in prior then I really feel this hospital is becoming overrated for nothing.
I feel there is no humanity which exists here!!
One more thing it`s receptionist`s job to ask everything in detail when someone says they are visiting from far away either myopic/high myopic /normal checkup doesn`t change the procedures.
Hopefully people who read this understand the situation and hoping no one should suffer like this...
