Last year 4/may/2021 I have purchased Honda shine in Gray colour after riding it for 3 months i got problem in front suspensions the safety rod was touching to the mud guard i have visited to the showroom and told them about the problem they didn't look after my problem. The executive Neha and the manager said we will call you when our area manager will come to our store and they never respond me back and the month back when i took my bike to service centre and told them about the chain and the brake light problem they haven`t fixed that and This was the huge regret buying a bike from Honda.
No proper management, no proper system, sales manager doesn't know English and myself doesn't know telugu, staff is working hard but useless as there is no proper system.
just to take Activa 125 , every now and then they are calling and telling to give 2 more days as extra fitting not available,
request Activa head management to involve and take necessary step for smooth business.
I purchased Honda Shine motorcycle from Orange Motors, up to billing they are very friendly and after billing the sales team not even help for delivery. From March 2016 onwards three times serviced my motorcycle but not rectified the specific complaint. Today 14.10.16, they are not cleaning the vehicle and not doing water service also. Again I mentioned the problem what I faced but today also they did not rectified. Service quality - very poor staff and do not care. All are owners, no supervisor, no manager and no value for money. How Honda company can select this type of worst management people for the authorized dealers?
I can guarantee you 100% that you Will find worst bike service here..Best part is that they promise what they cant deliver. Parts Will appear in Bill with out being actually replaced in bike. If you give your bike for one problem they give it back to you by identifying some fresh issue which never exists earlier. Beware of this showroom friends.
