Worst service given by Lakme first time. i went to gomti nagar Vivek khand branch for the hair spa. I got myself moroccan hair spa, they applied very old product or what, my hair becomes completely dry from ends.. please improve your service otherwise you will be end up to shut down your branch in gomti nagar.
They have good staff for skin care department but hair care is way below expectation. Not a good stylist though they charge fortune for a haircut and all you get is some randomly cut hair that do not look good even after styling. Really disappointed.
Very happy with the personal care we receive at the Lakme salon. RK does a fantastic job with the mani and pedi- both my sister and I were supremely impressed with his services! Pooja does a great job with threading and waxing as well - minimal pain and great results! Our haircut was great too!! We will be back! Thanks
HORRIBLE!! is the only word which aptly describes the experience. My daughter went there for her school farewell makeup. The stylist obviously had no idea of doing makeup for which they had charged a fortune.The makep looked extremely bad and yet the staff had the audacity to tell us that it looked `fabulous` .When we asked them to to remove some of the makeup they started showing there `know-it-all` attitude which makes me conclude that the members of the staff are snobs of first order.They ruined my daughter`s special day and I would strongly advice against going here for makeup.Undoubtedly the WORST PARLOUR IN LUCKNOW run by highly incompetent people and certainly the a SHEER WASTAGE OF MONEY.I am even considering complaining at the lakme consumer complaint board.
