I have been using a savings account of ICICI for 5.5 yrs now and wanted to share an experience which I encountered today morning. I had visited the Prabhadevi, next to Ravindra Natya Mandir branch today morning in rush to have deposits made to my multiple accounts. With multiple deposits I was in a paranoid situation on having the deposits made and walked towards the deposit slip options unknowing that there is a deposit machine available for service as I rarely do deposits and transfers, hence not using net banking as well.
While I was busy writing the deposit slip a gentlemen Mr. Jayawant Chinmaidakar - Junior Officer [ If Im spelling it correctly ] walked to me and asked whether I require assistance and guided me to the deposit machine helping me understand the benefits and assisting in depositing the cash and cheques. With extreme polite and well mannered tone he assisted me in a fraction on 5 minutes and I was done with all my work. Hats off to you Jayawant I am thoroughly impressed with the way you have guided me and created awareness for future.
Keep up the good work and I am sure you will have more write ups like these. It makes me feel pleasured with the association I have with ICICI bank and employees like Mr. Jayawant who has made me save time, energy & make my reach office on time:) only and only because of his perfect guidance to my requirement. Icici bank has always been a trustworthy bank for me , my first house loan disbursement happened from this bank ..their services are extremely professional and seamlessly works well. All types of loans offered by ICICI BANK ...the entire paper work is undertaken by the bank leaving you less hassles.
Bank account since last 10 years , staff is very much co operative than other banks I feel, quicker solutions and you need not wait in long que for your transactions, they value for your time is best part, you need not to keep on visiting for same thing, once visited problem will be resolved what my experience is.
The staff of the bank is not good and with rude behavior. I have opened my demat account and they did not give me my passbook and cheque book.
Even I had visited there, one of the employees of them she made me wait for a long but she did not give later.
The worst bank and branch, nobody picks up the call, you keep on calling for hrs but nobody will pick up, customer care executives doesnt have the information related to branch and they cant do anything about it, they themselves are uneducated, they dont let you speak, and half of the time keep you on hold.
