I had a saving account in this bank in kharghar, in which i opened a Gold Loan account in 2013-2014, which is been shown under consumer Loan without my knowledge. I have already cleared the Loan account long back & also closed the saving account. But still the dues is been shown in CIBIL because of which my credit score is lower when i have checked it. I have visited many times for this but it is not cleared yet. I have to unnecessary take pain & tension due to Bank mistake.

Visited at Syndicate branch for withdrawing Rs.7000 but was refused as limit reduced to 6500. Inconvenience caused not able to understand the logic of reducing by limit by just Rs.500. Waste of cheque, time.

Hello Team, My name is Swapnil Dinkar Bhosale. This is very sad to inform you that your Kala-Talaw Branch staff is not at all serious and efficient towards their own work. Since last three years I am dealing with your bank. My Bank account is based at your Adharwadi Branch, Kalyan (West). But, with lots of faith my dad opened a FD (for me) in your Kala-talaw, Kalyan West branch as he is having his own bank account in that b branch. However, the FD matured in the month on 08/05/2016 and my dad again renewed a new FD for 6 months. So you can imagine how much faith we used to have in your bank. Now the scene is while my dad open a previous FD he came to know that on the previous FD opened the TDS has been deducted, which was neither informed to my dad while opening the first FD. My only concerned was that he was not informed about the form-15G. I understand that the miscommunication happened from both the sides that my dad neither asked for the form, but I think the counter staff should have informed about this to my dad, which she did not disclosed. Due to which on maturity of the FD on 08/05/2016 some amount of around 3000.00 deducted from our FD-interest. I think that`s the first mistake the bank did. Now secondly, now I am seeking my previous TDS Certificate the bank staff now trying to make me run from the pillars to the post. You cannot imagine how much frustrated I am as I am running every month from June to till date. As there is a scene like "Tareekh pe Tarrekh". Every day there is new scene. Following questions and interaction being happened with me and my father when we visited branch on several occasions : 1. Give me your account number : I gave them 2. We need both the PAN cards no.s of father and son : We gave. 3. Now we are unable to check at the time on the website as the website is slow, you may visit our branch on next sunday (June 2016). 4. When visited sunday again they said that, " I forgot to inform you that your PAN is not updated thats why we are unable to generate it through website. Please get your KYC Updated first. Now my question is while opening the FD was bank and its staff were sleeping not knowing that my PAN is not updated. 5. Now, I got my KYC updated by visiting my home branch # "Adharwadi chowk". Again I visited Kala-Talaw Branch in July 2016 and guess what they again had a new reason. They confirmed that they have to give me manual certificated as at the time of FD Maturity my PAN was not updated as per their records and for that they require some time. Again they asked me to visit by first week of August 2016. 6. I visited first week of August again and again they reconfirmed that they have certain work pressure (I don`t know how much exactly) and again asked me to visit the branch by the end of August 2016 or September 1st week. 7. I visited the branch yesterday on 11/09/2016 (11:15:00 AM around) with my father I forgot to carry my account number but the lady at the desk very efficiently found out my account number from the system (which can be easily found out now as my KYC is updated with your bank in the month of July itself) and that lady very innocently asked us to visit the branch tomorrow my assuring that "udya nakki hoil tumch kaam, me sagl vyavasthit karun thevte". 8. Now again when today (12/09/2016) when I visited the exact time 11:42:00 AM branch first the CSO again asked me to wait for almost 40 minutes and then called me up and very gracefully said that, "sorry, but aaj majhyakade khup kaam aahe, tumhi wednesday la yaal ka? me karun thevte sagl." As I was very much upset with this issue and visited directly to your very much responsible BM`s cabin, then told all this history she very politely asked the concerned staff from the intercom "kaay jhal aahe hyanch? kadhi bolavu mag hyanna?" (for which she should have warned the staff and should have taking such complaint seriously? but she took it very casually. Now, let me tell you my back-ground myself a banker, working in HDFC Bank, Chandivali. You tell me will it be possible to me to visit the branch on Wednesday (14/09/2016)???? If yes, then how? will the Bank Representative visit my office at Chandivali to hand me over the TDS Certificate? Give me explanation on following points as I am totally frustrated now or else I will raise a complaint in BO and GRC. 1. I have opened more that 2.5 Lacs of FD in your bank. What output bank is giving to me? 2. Do bank really respect its customer or consider them as fool once they invest in your bank. 3. Why it took so long that I still have not received the TDS certificate on my FD? 4. When bank is going to take some strict action against its inefficient and poor knowledge quality staff and on Bank Manager too? This time I need a strict action on your staff as I cannot tolerate such a foolish kind of dealings with their loyal customer. I again repeat, I seriously need a strict action against your Kala-Talaw Branch Manager for not handling the things properly which she could have handle more efficiently and the main culprit the CSO. 5. My bank account number is *********9160. 6. I also need a compensation from bank for such an harassment of its customer. I really need an early result or else will not bother for knocking the doors of Banking Ombudsman and Grievance Redressal Committee of the bank. Regards, Swapnil Dinkar Bhosale.
