Third class service all time ... we using near by 150 vodafone sim card but now our some sim card we need to simex but company all time want authorised SIGNATORY and id proof but we already attached all documents in mail id ... so we decided now we port all sim card with another company....

No one was calling or I couldn`t call anyone because the network was not coming to the place where I lived.I realized the next day that someone was calling me. And it was beyond endurance. So I had to leave your Vodafone network. Now that I`m in the jio network, I have no complaints about their network.

If jio`s network is in my home then why not Vodafone`s network?Now I`m happy in jio`s network. I didn`t want to leave the Vodafone network. But I had to leave because of your poor service.

You can see all my payments. I have paid in full.My monthly bill is 250 / -rs. Was coming. I was paying for it.

My last payment was 150 / rs. I have paid. After that you are asking more of Rs. 191.00 / - from me.I can pay you my monthly bill of Rs. 250 / -.

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that Prime free subscription was activated on my Vodafone no.9833096967 (Spenta Roshan Dias) and we had informed your call center to deactivate the same within 40 days end of the subscription. The executive on the other hand informed us that the same will be done, so the person deactivated our account so as i wont be charged for the same, but after 40 days when i called to check on the same i was been informed that our request had not been updated. And now we are unable to deactivate the same as the period has got over. They asked me to pay the full amount for the whole year which i refused at first and paid only the billing amount still they went ahead and disconnected my incoming and outgoing calls and when i paid the prime membership amount of Rs.999/-+ my billing amount although they activated my calls but my prime membership account still has not been stored back and when we had a word with the executive they said we cannot activate it again as once it has been deactivated. If that\'s the case why did they charged me for the whole year and now they are asking me to get it done from Amazon site if they can do it as Vodafone cannot do it, as its not in their system as informed by the executive. I had a word with Amazon Prime customer care executive and they said we are not getting any amount reflected in your name from Vodafone and only Vodafone can activate this which they should have done if they have taken the amount. Kindly let me know who will activate my account thru a reply on this mail as 3-4 months have passed going from one end to the other failing which now i am forced to take up the matter thru consumer court as i have paid my amount to vodafone or refund my amount at the earliest. I have applied for postpaid to prepaid plan change on 13-07-2019 at Rohini Sector 10 , D Mall Delhi 110085 , and also i have paid 249 Rs as a FRC .But the till date same is not happen and also I am getting postpaid bill from your company . Request you please change the plan or reverse the amount in my account as we are not going to continue this no from your company . Very poor service from your vodafone store .I have taken this decision because of no one is bothering about my issue and complain . Please fond FRC receipt in attachment . Worst experience. no proper customer service . customer care executive name Avanti don't even know or understand why the customer even calls and don't even understand the difference between Mumbai circle or Maharashtra circle. people with incomplete information are made customer care executive. no revert on mails . no proper support in the vodafone gallery. Useless service. very disappointed. i am even aware this feedback wont help improving your service. worst customer service ever came across.

I have serious concerns about Vodafone. My postpaid plan was monthly Rs. 299/- I have received a bill of Rs. 2300 and I have checked and shocked to see my plan is converted to Rs. 999/- from Rs. 299/- without my confirmation and without intimating me. THIS IS A CRIME. I have requested Vodafone customer care to change my plan as per original plan but it has not happened since 5 days. How did vodafone changed customer plan without intimating customer? Vodafone is now forcing to pay bill for which due date is 6 April but now they have stopped my outgoing calls. This is ridiculous service by Vodafone and they don't bother at all about customer. No one is understanding actual concern. How Vodafone changed customer's base plan without intimating him? How they force to pay the bill with wrong plan applied by vodafone marketing team? Suggest friends not to use Vodafone as they don't bother to customers
