My experience with Blue Dart Express Ltd, a Transit & Portage service, was quite unpleasant. Firstly, I faced difficulties in locating their office. The lack of clear directions or signage made it a frustrating task to find them.
Furthermore, I was extremely disappointed with their careless handling of my package. It seemed like they had little regard for the fragile nature of its contents. As a result, my items were damaged during transit, leading to additional expenses and inconvenience for me.

Pathetic service. Without delivery attempt, my CREDIT card of ICICI bank has been declarer undelivered. Even after my many requests, the deliver boy kept talking harshly. I am wandering and facing problem only due to your poor service quality.
On of the worst of worst service of bluedart exhibition road Patna has having. They will never ever drop the parcel to your residence. This is my third expririence with bluedart. I am never using bluedart and suggest other people to not use bluedart.
Worst service back to back....not a single consignment I`m receiving without a rigorous followup .. always first remark from delivery boy is location unlocated/ landmark not updated....is it a joke that your office is just 700 mtrs away from given address and your guys are not locating? Why you people hire such an incompetent manpower then??
