Dear Mr Habib, The manager at this salon is extremely unfriendly and arrogant. She has no sense of customer service. Please hire better educated people who are polite. Terrible experience, will let all my groups know about this experience, please change the manager or you may have to shut this centre soon.
I went to this studio with my sister for haircut. The haircut and setting is done by Mr Shubham Shinde. He is such an professional and expert person and he has done the haircut and the setting afterwards very nicely. I would definately recommend people to approach him for the haircut and setting when they visit this place for haircut
Horrible experience. Today I visited this place first time thought that, its an international brand so lets check out how it is. The hair cut was ok ok type not as expected. Firstly i asked about the rate for haircut to the ladies seated on reception, they told me Rs180 for mens hair cut. After that when my number she announce I seated on chair and the expert came, his name was Nikhil. He told me I need to wash my hair first for haircut, as i said why he told me hair cut cannot be done on unwashed hairs, so i told him today morning just few hours before i washed my hairs, but he denied and forced me to wash my hair, so i said ok. Then I asked about the price and he told me Rs 100. and its totally fine for me. After terrific hair cut when i went to the reception and asked the ladies about bill , they told me Rs 413. I was quite shocked as 180+100=280 and even after 18% GST it should be no more than Rs 340. But that ladies told me the price is for Shampoo the specialist used to wash my hair. I already upset with the haircut and i really dont want to fight for money , so l pay them and left. Seriously guys how these people cheated for money I experienced. I never recommend this to my friends and family. Hope this review help you.
