I have used GoDaddy for my business since day one and honestly could not think of any better company! Love it. Excellent customer service and an outstanding uptime on servers. But technical support is not good, so I am switching to LiveMNC.com. Now I am happy with http://livemnc.com/

I do not recommend GoDaddy to anybody, it's a wastage of time and money. They have got the most insecure, misconfigured and unreliable server. Data stored at GoDaddy server can be lost any time. I have already faced this problem. I have lost my data of around 5 websites, I called their customer support they imposed it on me that the data was deleted from my end however, it was not and they refused to take any responsibility for that even they were asking me to pay an additional amount of Rs.5000 to restor...

They provide email addresses, but after bought premium packages and transferred my emails into unlimited accounts. I have lost all my emails and they say that there is no way of retrieving my email from all my 34 email accounts. My employees are shouting on me and i have become helpless. This is the kind of email support they provide. Despite of many complains the support team tells that : " Sorry sir, its a sad event" cannot help in this case. Worst service ever

I deleted my file accidentally. They have no way to recover it. I called support team. They took 9000 but could not recover the file. Now they are not giving the money back after so many calls. Even support people keep you on hold and never come back.
