We A Family Of 18 People Had Visited To This Place On 30/06/2019 Evening. We Are Disappointed With Their Food, Management Service And Arrangements. 1) In Case Of Food - The Food Served There Is Not Hot Except Live Counters, For Jain Food They Have Options Mostly Of Paneer And Panner Made Items Like Paneer Malaio Tikka In Starter, Panner Tikka Masala And Kofta (Paneer) In Main Course. Person Who Don't Like Paneer Or Who Dont Eat Paneer Wont Have Other Options To Eat In Main Course. 2) In Case Of Management Service - The Person In-charge Of Vegetarian Buffet Was Very Rude And Arrogant. The Entry Time Given And Informed At The Hotel Is 7pm But They Keep Us Standing For Around 15 Minutes, They Did Not Allow Us To Seat Also Inside (though Full Vacant). They Are Partial Towards The Customers (A Group Of 40 People Were Given Preference To Seating Area Of Their Choice Whereas We Were Not Allowed To Have A Seating Of 18 People Together). 3) In Case Of Arrangements - The Chairs Made Available There Are Very Filthy Which Will Spoil Your Outfits (photos Uploaded Here). There Were Many Mosquitoes And Flies Flying On The Food Area Which Was Tremendously Unhygienic. The Light Provisions At The Vegetarian Buffet Was Not Good. I Personally Suggest The Management To Give Proper Training To Your Person In-charge Or Appoint Someone Who Has Proper Hospitality Skills. Also, The Chairs Shall Be Kept Clean And Not Oiled.
